Box Design

We have been working on the new Box design. We really expect to surpirse you with the new design we've been working on, and will post some images soon!

Backerkit / Print&Play

Last april 17th we asked Backerkit to charge your cards on all pledges. If you had any problem with it, just let us know so we can find a solution.

That same day, all Print & Play files were sent for those of you who selected it as an add-on. Check your e-mail folders and spam to see if you recieved it (it should be under the domain of Backerkit). Of course, you can always contact us at [email protected] if any issue arises.

Production

And last but not least, this past week production for the white sample started! We are very excited for this and we really wanted to share this info with you. That means the game is one step closer of being in all our tables.

Hello passengers!!

What has happened since last time?

• Mini expansion cards are ready.
• Designer and Illustrator Andrés Ayala finished the files a couple of weeks ago. 
• We were at Mega XP and people who tried Seat Wars really liked it.

What's happening now?

• We are addressing some layout aspects of the box to include all necessary specs.
• Proofreading the rulebook
• Working with manufacturer to meet the changes on box and insert (You are going to love it!)

What's going to happen?

• In 1 week we will commit payment with manufacturer and send the files so manufacture can start. (30 - 45 days)
• On March 31st we will be locking down the surveys on BackerKit. You will still be able to change your address if you need to do so.
• On Aril 16th we will charge credit cards in case you ordered additional copies.

Loyalty reward

When you first backed this campaign, we promised that you would receive special benefits for your loyal support on future campaigns. In this update we keep our word on it to fulfill that promise. 

 

We are at the last 48hrs of our Cooks & Crooks campaign and about to unlock one final Stretch Goal:

Kickstarter Mini Expansion

Hello passengers,

We wanted to show you the progress on the Kickstarter Mini Expansion. Andrés has been working on the illustrations and mechanics for the cards. We are about to finish and after this work is over we will send files to our manufacturer.

 There are many more, including a dog, a couple of children, an angry passenger... We will show them to you when the work is finished.

If you wish to add the Kickstarter Mini Expansion to your pledge, you can still do so at https://seat-wars.backerkit.com

Also, the Kickstarter-exclusive card features Andrés Ayala with his son. Making reference to how the author got the inspiration for this game when nobody offered him or his son a seat.

For our next campaign, Cooks & Crooks, we are planning to give the 5th player expansion for free to any backer from Seat Wars that decide to become a backer in Cooks & Crooks too. 

That's all for now, after Chinese new year we will begin the manufacture stage and will let you know about it.

English-speaking backers: This update is because of a change on the surveys for the Spanish version. Expect a general progress update on January 29th. Quick reminder to fill your surveys if you haven't done so!

A pesar de que nuestra intención siempre ha sido distribuir el juego en inglés en el resto del mundo, su apoyo ha sido ENORME y lo apreciamos. Es por eso que ahora pueden seleccionar recibir su juego en Español. 

Instrucciones

1 - Entra a tu encuesta en https://seat-wars.backerkit.com/
     Ingresa tu correo en el campo y presiona en el botón "Get my survey"

2 - Recibirás un correo con un link que debes presionar. Si no ves el correo, revisa el folder de SPAM. 

3 - Si no has contestado tu encuesta, la plataforma te irá guiando. Si ya la contestaste haz click en el botón superior derecho "View Confirmation"

4 -  Haz click en el botón inferior izquierdo "Edit Add-ons"

5 - En la sección de artículos, selecciona el botón "Add to cart" debajo de "Cartas e Instructivo en Español" que marca $0.00

6 - Haz click en el botón "Next". Si no has completado tu encuesta y no seleccionaste recoger el juego en La Caravana, deberás ingresar tus datos de envío. Sólo deberás llenar los datos de tu tarjeta si agregaste otros artículos como copias adicionales del juego o la mini expansión. De lo contrario, el cobro ya se realizó durante el Kickstarter.

7 - Presiona el botón "Place my order". Es muy importante que completes este último paso, de lo contrario, no se guardarán los cambios ni nos llegará la información para entregarte tus recompensas.

Hello Passengers!

This past week Kickstarter charged your credit card and meanwhile we finished the surveys. You will receive an e-mail from Aether Tower / BackerKit with the link to your survey. It is important that you answer this survey so we can know your mailing address to send your rewards.

If you didn't receive any e-mail, please check your spam folder or enter https://seat-wars.backerkit.com/ 

We will lock down surveys on March 31st but you will still be able to change your address until we start shipping the rewards on June.
If you add any extra items, cards will be charged on April 15th.

Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any trouble.
